Processing: from nationally selected pork meats with an added 10% of pieces of fat - typical of the product.
This is a compact salami speckled with fat. The flavour is strong and the climate gives the product a particular aroma typical of Tuscan salamis and sausages.
It is served as a starter as a meat “crostini” (on small pieces of toasted Tuscan bread) and is also excellent as an afternoon snack.
