Processing: our maremma salami is produced from selected pork meats mixed with about 10% bacon.
The salami is seasoned and processed in the Tuscan hills and woodlands.
The slices are bright red in colour and speckled with fat. It has a sweet aroma, both intense and fragrant, that is typical of home-made salami. Excellent wth cheese and vegetables.
